By using Fidopics, you agree to the following:

1. Fair Use: You agree not to use our AI to generate illegal, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to delete any images deemed offensive at our sole discretion.
2. Credits: Credits purchased are non-refundable but do not expire as long as your account is active. One credit generates 1 image.
3. Ownership: You retain the rights to the original photos you upload. You are granted a commercial license to use the images generated by our service.
4. Liability: While we strive for 100% uptime and perfect results, Fidopics is provided "as is." We are not liable for any business interruptions or indirect losses.
5. Account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
6. Data Training: We do not use data (prompts, inputs, generated content) for training models.
